Ceremonial Hot Chocolate with Udos Oil

Ingredients

1 chamomile or night time tea bag 

150ml boiling water 

50g tahini 

4 tbsp cacao powder 

2 tbsp cacao nibs  

½ tsp cinnamon 

1 -2 tbsp rapadura or coconut sugar 

1 tbsp Udos Ultimate Oil Blend 

¼ tsp salt 

SERVES: 4-6 in small cups PREP TIME: 10 minutes 

This is magical and intense chocolate shot to bring your dreams to life. With a tahini base, whole cacao nibs and the addition of Udo’s Ultimate Oil Blend for a rich and totally indulgent drink.

METHOD

Brew the tea with the boiling water and leave it to steep for 5 minutes while you gather the rest of the ingredients.  

Add the tahini, cacao nibs, cacao power, sugar, spices and oil to your blender with 150ml of room temperature water, then blend until smooth. 

Add the tea and blend once more, making sure the tea isn’t too hot, and blend to combine. Taste for sweetness as you may like it a little sweeter. 

Serve warmed through or over ice depending on your mood. Slow down, tune in and feel the power of cacao
